Service Description
This participatory activity starts with a check-in, where we briefly sketch areas of concern in our lives, or goals we are aiming for. This is followed by delving into a variety of energy psychology methods, including tapping. We do our best to keep it light, choosing low to medium level issues and saving the deep stuff for one-on-one sessions or group sessions. This is more exploratory and playful. Free with Energy Elevators Membership, or else $10 AUD (about $6 USD).
