Ellen is a teacher I have studied closely, both by attending in person her Gatekeeper class, and by studying Energy Chiro, Storyline Track & Balance and others of her DVD series. She also has three published books well worth studying. They are The Language Your Body Speaks, Your Body Will Show You the Way, and Your Body Lives Your Story.

Ellen takes the foundation established by Donna Eden and builds on it to offer some remarkably rapid, elegant and deep techniques. Her techniques take Energy Medicine further into the realm of the sacred.  For example, her techniques of 'sourcing' invite you to 'plug in to Source,' and her work with the 'smart filters' of the aura have you calling on angels and guides to help reinforce the outer layer of your aura.

Ellen's techniques lend themselves nicely to distance work. I credit Ellen with helping me to develop the use of imagination and intuition in my healing work. Her teaching about connecting with the Wiser Self allows for an inner knowing that helps me detect issues in the body and know instinctively how to bring balance. This allows for a flow and smoothness to my work that I am grateful for in every session.
